Perspective can be a powerful thing but often we overlook what is around us and surrender to negative thinking. And it’s so easy to surrender but the problem is that we end up forgetting the ones that bring us the most joy like family, friends or neighbor’s runaway cat.
So try this special little trick called the gratitude attitude, all you have to do is think about the things you are grateful for. Do you live in a house? Good. Do you have more than one pair of shoes? Perfect. Have you got one new follower on twitter? Fantastic.
If you ever get stressed or worried, take a deep breath and then remember what you have.
See, things are never really as bad as we think and if they do feel that way, remember that only YOU can change this way of thinking. Your future is created by what you do TODAY! Amazing things never came from comfort zones.
Sure, we all have good days and bad days but remember, the bad days never lasted, if anything you can look back now and laugh triumphantly. You already have a big motivator in your life anyways, coffee.
Anyways, if you fall, you can always get back up again. In fact, there isn’t anything you can’t try again, except maybe skydiving.
